A physical business address, business phone and authorized representative information are collected for review.
Pending means pending
Submitting information does not create a verified badge. Job-posting access remains locked until the employer passes GLI review.
GLI-only job listings
CareerReady does not import listings from Indeed, LinkedIn or other outside job boards. Jobs in the GLI hiring system are posted directly by GLI Verified employers.
Approval-first applications
CareerReady can match a member with an internal GLI job, but the application does not move forward until that member chooses Approve & Apply.
Ongoing review
GLI can review an employer again when business details change or when a listing or employer is reported as suspicious.
GLI controls the hiring environment it promises.
Employers are verified, jobs are posted, matches are reviewed and applications are managed inside the GLI ecosystem.
