Cancellation & Refund Policy

Membership commitment

Paid plans are billed monthly with an initial 12-month commitment when that commitment is shown and accepted at checkout. A cancellation request stops renewal after the applicable commitment; it does not automatically remove payments already due.

Trials

If GLI offers a promotional trial, the checkout page will state its duration, the date paid billing begins and the recurring price. Cancel before the stated trial deadline to avoid the first charge. One promotional trial may be permitted per customer.

Refunds

Membership charges are generally nonrefundable after access begins, except where required by law or approved by GLI after review. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.

Screening fees

Third-party provider, court, government and pass-through fees may become nonrefundable once an order is released to the provider. Any GLI coordination fee and applicable Elite waiver are shown before payment.
