Information we collect

GLI may store account details, profile and résumé information, membership status, uploaded credentials, job activity, learning records, fitness preferences, employer information and support communications.

How information is used

We use information to operate purchased features, verify submissions, provide career and learning services, process memberships, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. Employers receive member information only through member-controlled or legally authorized workflows.

Payments and screenings

Stripe processes payment information. Authorized screening providers collect sensitive screening information through their own secure systems. GLI is designed not to collect Social Security or driver-license numbers for screening orders.

Children’s profiles

FutureReady profiles are parent-managed and are not displayed to employers. Parents or legal guardians must control accounts and submissions for children.

Security and retention

GLI uses access controls and encrypted secret storage. No online system can promise absolute security. Records are retained while needed to provide services, document transactions, resolve disputes or satisfy legal requirements.

Your choices

Users may update account information and request help regarding access, correction or deletion by contacting support@glicareerready.com. Some records may be retained when legally or operationally required.
